LINCOLN, Neb. — For five straight games, Michigan State’s offensive line has rotated, seeking to find the right combination of players. But yet again Saturday night, it left the field with more questions than answers, and time to solve its problems running out.

Michigan State (3-2, 0-2 Big Ten) gave up four sacks to Nebraska, including two in the fourth quarter, but more importantly quarterback Aidan Chiles routinely faced pressure. Forced to improvise early and often, Chiles was hurt in the first half and eventually left the game in the fourth quarter of a 38-27 loss that got out of hand.
