SPARTANBURG, S.C. —

Spartanburg City Police are searching for a grandmother who has been missing for nearly a week.

According to police reports, Shawn Sanders has been missing since Sept. 29. At this point, officers have little information to go on. Family members are unsure what Sanders was last wearing.

We've reached out to Spartanburg police for more information, including what kind of car she drives and her age.

We're told Sanders' vehicle was spotted by cameras on the North and South sides of Spartanburg Friday and Saturday.

Sanders has been diagnosed with MS and congestive heart failure and takes medication regularly for those conditions. Her family says Sanders left all her medications and cell phone at the residence.
