Cleveland police arrested two juveniles Friday night after they were found in possession of a stolen vehicle during a special operation targeting car break-ins and stolen vehicles in the city’s Second District.

Officers apprehended a 13-year-old female and a 17-year-old female around 9 p.m. after the stolen vehicle failed to stop when officers attempted a traffic stop near West 73rd Street and Detroit Avenue, a news release said. The vehicle, which had been reported stolen from East Cleveland, was detected by FLOCK cameras as it traveled through the Ohio City and Gordon Square neighborhoods.
