FRANKLIN COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) - This week Franklin County Sheriff’s Office arrested a suspect and intercepted over eight pounds of marijuana laced with fentanyl that were being packed for sale, according to FCSO.

The sheriff’s office posted a video to Facebook warning people that the packaging of these drugs is intended to target children.

“The packaging mimics common brands and is colorful, but yet it’s drugs,” FCSO said.

Freddie Lee Tarell Moffett, 36, was arrested and charged with two counts of trafficking in fentanyl 4 grams or more, marijuana-sell- within 100 feet of specified area schedule 1, marijuana-producing-manufacture within 1000 feet of specified area schedule 1 and 14 counts of possession of paraphernalia.
