LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A Kentucky man is accused of pointing a rifle at juveniles who were in a skate park competition because he was frustrated with the music they were playing.
Mohammad Mustafa, 40, was arrested at Buckhorn Park in Lexington on Friday afternoon.
In an arrest citation, police say they were called to the park after a man, identified as Mustafa, was seen with a rifle in the park during a skate competition.
Officers say that when they arrived at the park, a large group of juveniles and their parents were running away and pointed out Mustafa.
After that, Mustafa’s arrest citation says officers tried giving him orders, but refused to comply, eventually running away with his rifle.
