Under the directions of the Uttarakhand State Legal Services Authority and the guidance of the District Legal Services Authority, Nainital, an awareness rally on the theme “Drug Addiction and Drug Abuse” was organised in Ramnagar on Sunday.

The rally commenced from the civil court premises and saw enthusiastic participation of National Cadet Corps cadets and students from various local schools. Holding placards with anti-drug messages, the students appealed to the public to stay away from drugs and contribute to building a healthy society.

Addressing the participants, civil judge (Junior Division) Meenakshi Dubey urged children to stay away from drug addiction, emphasising that it is the only way to achieve success and lead a meaningful life. She added
