**Images Released in Mosque Arson Investigation** Police in East Sussex have released images of two individuals they wish to identify following a suspected arson attack on a mosque in Peacehaven. The incident occurred around 9.50pm on Saturday, when emergency services were alerted to a fire at the religious building. Footage captured two people, clad in balaclavas and dark clothing, approaching the mosque's entrance. They were seen spraying an accelerant before igniting a fire. Fortunately, those inside the mosque at the time were unharmed, but the building and a nearby vehicle sustained significant damage. Sussex Police and East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service responded swiftly to extinguish the flames. An investigation is currently underway, with police treating the incident as arson with intent to endanger life. Detective Inspector Gavin Patch described the attack as "appalling and reckless," stating, "We know this will have left many people feeling less safe. We are pursuing a number of lines of enquiry to identify those responsible." He urged anyone with information to come forward, emphasising that even small details could be crucial. One suspect was noted to be wearing a distinctive black jacket featuring a Pre London logo, while the other was seen with bright red gloves.
