New Orleans Saints defensive end Carl Granderson was at the center of the most controversial call in Sunday's 26-14 win over the New York Giants , and head coach Kellen Moore believes his player got a raw deal.

Late in the fourth quarter, Granderson quickly rushed in off the edge to put a hit on Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart, coming up with appeared to be a clean sack at the moment. Dart turned away from Granderson, who wrapped his arms around the quarterback's chest before quickly letting go as the quarterback fell to the ground.

Lead referee Alen Eck tossed the flag and quickly announced a roughing the passer penalty on Granderson.
