LB Matt Milano is ACTIVE after missing the last two games with a pectoral injury.

The Bills elevated DT Zion Logue and DT Phidarian Mathis from the practice squad and both players are active. The team also signed LB Jimmy Ciarlo to the 53-man roster Saturday and he is active.
