Denver Broncos second-year quarterback Bo Nix lacked one big thing through his first 21 starts: a signature win.

Doubts about Nix's ability to win big games remained ahead of Sunday's road game against the Philadelphia Eagles , the defending Super Bowl champions. During his rookie season, he went 2-5 against teams that made the playoffs. In a 23-20 Week 2 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers this season, the 12th overall pick of the 2024 NFL Draft struggled again .
