PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Hours after the Trump administration ordered California National Guard troops to Portland, essentially circumventing a federal judge's order blocking their deployment, Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek, Attorney General Dan Rayfield and Portland Mayor Keith Wilson held a press conference to update what their plans are to deal with this federal escalation.

At the very beginning, Rayfield said they have filed another lawsuit that includes California as a plaintiff and hope to get in front of US District Judge Karin Immergut as early as Monday to get another temporary restraining order.

Rayfield compared President Trump's actions to his 14-year-old son who doesn't like the answer he got.
