Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy was added to the team’s injury report on Sunday.

Worthy is dealing with shoulder and ankle issues, according to the team.

He missed most of the first three games of the season with a shoulder injury.

Worthy caught six passes for 82 yards and a touchdown in last week's win over Baltimore.
