Britney Spears has sparked concern after revealing a leg injury in her latest Instagram video. The singer shared a clip of herself dancing in her home, wearing a bedazzled pink mini dress and sporting a white bandage on her right knee. In her caption, Spears explained that she "fell down the stairs" and injured her leg, which "snaps out now and then". The star also sported large bruises on both her arms. "My boys had to leave and go back to Maui... this is the way I express myself and pray through art... father who art in heaven... I'm not here for concern or pity, I just want to be a good woman and be better... and I do have wonderful support, so have a brilliant day!" she wrote in her caption. She added: "Psss I fell down the stairs at my friend's house... it was horrible... it snaps out now and then, not sure if it's broken, but for now it's snapped in! Thank u god." It's not clear when her boys - Sean, 20, and Jayden, 19 - were visiting their famous mum. Spears shares her sons with her former backup dancer, Kevin Federline, who now lives in Hawaii with the boys. In June, she posted a video with Jayden, sharing that she bought him a brand new Mercedes AMG SL 63 roadster as they continued to reconnect. "How long am I going to be in shock?" she posted at the time. "It's so incredibly crazy, it's not even funny! I'm blessed! Just please be careful with my heart too!"
