Hughes & Coleman Hometown Hero of the Month: Rachel Coulter

She recently celebrated 10 years at Allen County’s Community Action of Southern Kentucky; however, her roots at the nonprofit began when she was a student at Allen County-Scottsville High School. She spent two summers there through an income-based youth program.
