New Delhi: The Election Commission of India is likely to announce the dates of the Bihar Assembly Elections on Monday at 4 pm. The development comes after the Commission conducted a 3-day survey of the state ahead of the elections. The Chief Election Commissioner, Gyanesh Kumar had said at a press conference that the state will see polls before November 22, when the term of the current Assembly is set to end.
