SRINAGAR : A 55-year-old man died due to electrocution in the Hassote area of Tehsil Chassana, district Reasi, on Monday. Follow Us On G -N e w s | Whatsapp

Officials said that the deceased has been identified as Sher Mohammad, son of Meyar Din, a resident of Hassote.

They said the incident took place when Sher Mohammad was on his way to his dhoke (seasonal shelter) and accidentally came in contact with a live electric wire.

He died on the spot due to the electric shock. Police have taken cognisance of the incident. (KNC)
