GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY — A 24-year-old Muskegon man was arrested Sunday after Michigan State Police troopers found suspected narcotics during a traffic stop in Garfield Township.

According to an Oct. 6 news release from the Michigan State Police Traverse City Post, troopers stopped a vehicle around 5:25 p.m. on US-31 near Marketplace Circle for a moving violation. D

uring the roadside investigation, troopers observed indicators of possible drug trafficking.

A search of the vehicle uncovered approximately 82 grams of suspected fentanyl, 14 grams of suspected crack cocaine, and 20 grams of suspected methamphetamine.

The driver was taken to the Grand Traverse County Jail on charges of possession with intent to deliver. Police said his name will not be released until after arraignment.
