PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- A woman who was driving a pickup truck suffered a "medical incident" Monday morning and collided with parked cars before sending her truck on its side.

According to Steve Rada of the Peoria Fire Department, crews were called to the 1400 block of West Pioneer Parkway in the parking lot of the OSF Healthcare Professional Building at about 9:20 a.m.

When they arrived, they found a pick-up truck on its side and two other pick-ups damaged, Rada said.

The driver had medical issues which caused her to collide with parked trucks. She was taken to an area hospital and her condition wasn't immediately known.

The collision caused about $200,000 in damage to the trucks and also landscaping in the parking lot, Rada said.
