President Trump urged Google to put Univision back on YouTube TV, saying the country’s leading Spanish-language broadcaster will be key in next year’s midterm elections.

Univision got the boot from YouTube TV, which has about 8 million subscribers, last week as it fought Google over carriage fees.

“I hope Univision, a great and very popular Hispanic Network, can get BACK onto the very amazing Google/YouTube. It has been taken out of their package, which is VERY BAD for Republicans in the upcoming Midterms,” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post on Saturday night. 3

“They were so good to me with their highest rated ever political Special,” he continued, “and I set a Republican Record in Hispanic voting. Google, for the purpose of FAIRNESS, please let Univision back!”
