Derby child killer Paul Mosley has died. A relative of the six children whose lives he jointly took along with one of his own family members confirmed to Derbyshire Live the death of the 58-year-old.

Mosley, along with the parents of the six victims - Mick and Mairead Philpott - deliberately started a fire at the house in Allenton where the youngsters lived, which ended their lives on May 11, 2012.

Following a seven-week trial at Nottingham Crown Court, Mosley, formerly of Newdigate Street and Cecil Street, and the Philpotts were convicted of six counts of manslaughter.
