LITTLE RIVER-ACADEMY, Texas — An Academy Independent School District school bus driver is accused of exposing himself and sexually assaulting a teenage girl over the course of 10 months, according to an arrest affidavit filed with the Bell County District Attorney's Office.

The 14-year-old alleged victim told deputies on Sept. 28, 2025, that the abuse started when she was 13. Investigators became aware of the alleged abuse after the girl told her adult cousin, who reported it to the authorities.

According to the girl, William Anthony Blackburn, 47, gave her rides to school for early sports practices, and sometimes she would skip practices and ride with him alone during his bus route.
