Brockville police have arrested a man in connection with a sexual assault that happened late last month in the city’s north end.

Police say the accused is also connected to a string of other incidents last year, and they are urging potential victims to come forward.

Police say that when they investigated the sexual assault, which took place on Sept. 29, they identified the suspect and found connections with harassment incidents that were reported in May of 2024 near the Mac Johnson Wildlife Area.

On Oct. 2, police carried out a search warrant at a Brockville home, which led to the suspect being arrested and charged with multiple offences.
