ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The St. Charles County NAACP and other advocacy groups are calling on the Francis Howell School District to implement comprehensive solutions to address racism in its schools following the arrest of a custodian for writing racist graffiti.
The custodian was charged last week, accused of writing racist graffiti across bathroom stalls at Francis Howell High School. The incident comes one year after a noose was discovered in a bathroom at Francis Howell Central, raising concerns about a pattern of racist incidents within the district.
