WASHINGTON TERRACE, Utah (ABC4) — A Washington Terrace man has been arrested and charged after allegedly assaulting another driver because he "thought he was being followed."

Robert Christopher Pabon, 52, is charged with one count of aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury, with a road rage enhancement.

On Oct. 3, 2025, according to court documents, a deputy with the Weber County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a reckless driver in Washington Terrace. When the sheriff's deputy arrived, a witness explained a road rage incident that had taken place.
