BELL COUNTY, Texas — Caleb Milne, a Temple native and local small business owner, officially launched his campaign for the Texas House District 55 seat.

Milne grew up in the Canyon Creek neighborhood of Temple, played football locally, graduated from Central Texas Christian School and has deep roots in the community. He and his wife, Sarah, attended prom together locally, married at Cathedral Oaks in Belton, and are now raising their young family in the area.

"This is very much home, and so running for House District 55 is really just trying to bring like actual Central Texas values back to the state lege," Milne added. "I do know what I'm signing up for.
