GREENSBORO, N.C. — A SWAT team is on the scene at an apartment complex near the corner of Cone and Summit.

As a result Summit Avenue is closed between East Cone Blvd. and Twain Road. Twain Road is also closed between Summit Avenue and Orange Street, police said.
