In a move that could reshape the landscape of American higher education, the Trump administration has issued a directive limiting the number of international students at some of the nation’s most prestigious universities. According to The Wall Street Journal report, nine leading US universities have been specifically targeted under the new policy, which requires that no more than 15 percent of undergraduate students be enroled through the Student Visa Exchange Program.
