2Wellsville man charged with sex offender registry violation
WELLSVILLE, N.Y. – A 29-year-old Wellsville man was arrested Sunday after allegedly failing to meet state reporting requirements under New York’s Sex Offender Registration Act, police said.
Officers charged James M. Lee with a felony count of Sex Offender Registry Violation for not updating his address every 90 days as required for a Level 3 sex offender.
