HERRIN — At 5:06 p.m. Sept. 27, Williamson County Sheriff’s Office deputies observed a motorcycle traveling eastbound on Herrin Road just west of the Elementary School.

The operator, Travis L. Conroy, known to deputies from prior law enforcement contact, was observed operating the motorcycle which matched the description of a motorcycle which had previously failed to stop for law enforcement several days earlier.
