NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Officials with the North Little Rock Library System released their strategic plan for 2025 through 2029 on Monday.
Officials said the plan aims to foster community connections and provide bold opportunities.
The plan has five priorities, officials said, of sparking curiosity and discovery, creating meaningful and memorable experiences, actively promoting the library as “the best first stop,” removing barriers to access and optimizing and improving physical locations.
North Little Rock has three public libraries: the William F. Laman Public Library, located at 2801 Orange Street; the Argenta Public Library, at 420 Main Street; and the Neighborhood Library Rover, a mobile library that provides services within the North Little Rock city limits. The Arkansas Region
