The New Jersey Devils announced the roster that will begin the 2025-2026 regular season. All NHL teams had until Oct. 6 at 5 p.m. to finalize the rosters.
The club will begin the regular season on Oct. 9 at the Carolina Hurricanes in a rematch of the teams' first round playoff series.
There are six members of the roster that did not play for the club during the 2024-2025 season, including free agent signings Connor Brown and Evgenii Dadonov.
Brown was signed to a 4-year, $12 million contract after reaching the Stanley Cup Final with Edmonton while Dadonov signed a 1-year, $1 million deal following three seasons in Dallas.
