KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- After a very busy weekend in Kansas City, many shared it was full of successes.

“From what we heard as Downtown Council, it was hugely successful. I was out Friday night walking around and on Saturday. Streetcar stops were very busy. Streetcars were full. Everybody was dressed up and having a good time. A lot of positive energy downtown,” Jared Campbell, the resident engagement project manager for the Downtown Council of Kansas City said.

“I think it’s a great example of having multiple large-scale events happening in different parts of downtown and all the coordination that is going on. The transportation and the flow of people. Everything works out and that’s what downtown has been designed for, and so it was great to see and practice and a great precursor for what
