ROCHESTER, Minn. — The Rochester Art Center is calling for proposals for three outdoor art installations as part of the Art4Trails program.

Artists can apply for site-specific projects at Silver Lake Park, Slatterly Park, and River Landing, with each selected artist receiving $3,000.

Applications will close on November 15. The installations are scheduled between June 1 and June 20, 2026.

Artists aged 18 and up from Minnesota and neighboring states can apply. Students under 18 may participate with a sponsor. Priority will be given to artists new to the Art4Trails program.

The selection committee will review proposals based on artistic merit and announce selections by December 15. An unveiling event is planned for June 2026.
