COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s Julian Sayin was named freshman of the week by the Big Ten for his performance against Minnesota on Saturday.
The redshirt-freshman quarterback completed 23 of his 27 pass attempts for 326 yards and three touchdowns.
Sayin improved his season totals to 1,313 passing yards, 13 touchdowns and three interceptions. His completion percentage (80.2) leads the nation.
