COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Residents of Manorwood Court in Richland County’s Harbison neighborhood say they’ve been dealing with a damaged road for far too long.

It is a short road, but locals say problems there run deep.

WIS received several tips about this situation and followed up as part of the “Road to Repair” series.

The short cul-de-sac, which serves several dozen townhomes, has become a safety hazard for families, according to longtime resident Tameil Henderson.

“It’s dangerous. Kids can’t ride their bikes,” Henderson said. “The kids can’t play safely, ride their skates or skateboards because of how the road is.”

Henderson said she has dealt with tire damage, and she is not alone in her concerns.
