Canada: Three Punjabis arrested for shooting incident

Three Punjabis have been arrested, and Criminal Code charges have now been approved in a Surrey Police Service (SPS) investigation into a shooting that occurred in March 2025 that is believed to be related to an extortion investigation. This has been disclosed by Surrey Police in a statement released here.

It said that on March 27, 2025, at approximately 1:55 am, a residence in the 13300 block of 89A Avenue, Surrey, was damaged by several gunshots. Nobody was injured as a result of the shooting.
