JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Former Utah linebacker Devin Lloyd stole the spotlight in week five with a 99-yard pick-six against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs on Monday night.

The play gave Lloyd his fourth interception of the season. He is now the NFL leader for picks this season.

In NFL history, there have been just 63 interception returns of 99 yards or more, with only 37 coming since 2000. The most recent before Lloyd was Denver’s Patrick Surtain, who went 100 yards last season.

Most notably, Lloyd is the only linebacker ever to accomplish the feat.
