John Wood Community College (JWCC) will host two Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) filing workshops for current students, high school seniors and their parents.

These free workshops will be held October 16, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Tuesday, October 28, from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Current JWCC students and high school seniors and their parents are welcome to attend regardless of their chosen college destination.

The workshops will be held in Room B108 at JWCC’s Quincy campus, 1301 South 48th Street. Participants should bring a copy of their 2024 tax return.

Participants will receive step-by-step guidance on completing the FAFSA and other financial aid requirements. Staff from JWCC’s Financial Aid Office will be available to answer questions, explain forms, and help families
