We had an overall nice Monday throughout Eastern Kentucky with highs well into the 80s.

The change we have been talking about for a while now is knocking on our doorsteps as shower chances will pick up throughout your day.

Rain chances will continue later on this evening and into the day on Wednesday.

When all is said and done, some places could see 1-2″ rainfall totals with some places seeing locally 3″.

Then the cold front swings through for Wednesday, clearing us out and dropping the temperatures with highs in the mid to upper 60s and even low 70s for the middle and late part of the week.
