NBA star Nikola Topic's injury misery has continued ahead of the new season.

The Oklahoma City Thunder prospect, 20, missed the entirety of his rookie year due to a torn ACL.

Topic was the 12th overall pick in last year's NBA Draft.

A 6-foot-6 Serbian, the Thunder already knew of Topic's injury when they drafted him in June 2024.

He played in the Summer League this year and looked to have made his way back to full fitness.

But the reigning NBA champions have announced Topic has suffered another setback.

The Thunder revealed Monday that the guard had undergone a testicular procedure.

He will be evaluated again in four to six weeks, per Bleacher.

Oklahoma did not reveal further details of Topic's injury with the start of the NBA season just under a fortnight away.
