OpenAI is transforming ChatGPT from a simple chatbot into a central hub. Starting October 6, users can interact with popular services like Spotify, Canva, Expedia, Figma, Coursera, and Zillow directly within their chat.
This new feature essentially turns these services into “mini apps” that live inside your conversation. Instead of leaving ChatGPT, you can now talk to these tools. For example, you could type “Spotify, make me a Diwali party playlist” or “Canva, design a poster for my event”. The relevant app will then jump in and handle the request right inside the chat window.
