Local veterinarian Dr. Gerald Majors remembered

CORBIN — The Tri-County area is mourning the loss of a long-time veterinarian.

Dr. Gerald K. Majors, 72, of Corbin, passed away September 24, at Baptist Health Corbin following a brief illness. As a resident of Corbin, Majors was known throughout the Tri-County area for his decades of service as a veterinarian, his love of the outdoors, and his passion for horses and hunting.
