SC Directs States, Uts To Frame Rules On Movement Of Pedestrians, Non-Motorised Vehicles Latest: The Supreme Court on Tuesday (7 Oct 2025) directed all the states and Union Territories to frame road safety rules within six months by regulating the movement of non-motorised vehicles and pedestrians (such as cycle and carts) in public spaces.
