Star Wars Episode IX: The Rise Of Skywalker was an unsatisfying end to the sequel trilogy, but we’re finally getting a continuation.

What started off fairly strongly with Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens quickly deteriorated into messy scripts, actors losing their motivation and a final scene that left viewers feeling hollow.

It’s no wonder that Star Wars: Starfighter is said to be set several years after the events of Rise Of Skywalker, and likely won’t have any relation to its story or characters when things were mismanaged that badly.
