Cities across the Highland Lakes are celebrating National Night Out on Tuesday, Oct. 7, with free fun and food. The annual national campaign aims to connect residents with their local first responders to build stronger communities and promote public safety.

The following local events are free and open to the public:

Marble Falls

5:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday

First Methodist Church, 1101 Bluebonnet Drive

Meet local first responders and enjoy family-friendly fun.

Burnet

6-8 p.m. Tuesday

Main Street on the courthouse square

The Burnet police and fire departments will be on site for a community meet-and-greet during the city’s celebration, which includes booths, games, kid-friendly activities, and free food such as hot dogs, popcorn, and snow cones.

Granite Shoals
