Lander weighs in on affordability and the mayoral race

Affordability remains a major theme in New York City’s mayoral race and one that continues to draw attention from top officials.

City Comptroller Brad Lander joined “Mornings On 1” to talk about the issue, which was central to his own campaign and now to Zohran Mamdani’s.

Lander has been out supporting Mamdani, who recently launched a “savings calculator” to show how his proposals could save New Yorkers money.
