Syracuse, N.Y. — PSLA @ Fowler on Friday will name its new field and athletic complex for former football and track star Chris Ingram and former athletic director Richard Smith.

Signage for the Chris Ingram Track and Athletic Field will be unveiled at 4:30 p.m. with short comments from Ingram’s family.
