The National Hockey League drops the puck on the 2025-26 season Tuesday and there is no shortage of homegrown and ex-London Knights talent on team rosters. Article content Article content

This area of Southwestern Ontario doesn’t just produce players good enough to make it. Many of these guys are legitimate stars, potential Olympians and even a sure-fire future Hockey Hall of Famer or two.

There are enough from these parts to fill a national team, but let’s take a closer look at 10 players with local ties to follow as the NHL season begins.

Easton Cowan, F, Maple Leafs
