GOLF: GLENN GOES OUT STRONG
John Glenn showed the progress it made since the start of the season, returning to Bay View Country Club for regional action.
Glenn posted a team score of 419 – 37 strokes better than it fared on that course early in the year – while placing seventh in the standings.
“This caps a wonderful year with the girls,” Glenn coach Pete Remington said. “Hard to believe I don’t have golf practice tomorrow.”
Kate Cataline paced the Bobcats with a round of 99, missing the state qualifying cutoff by five strokes. Olivia Duprey followed with a season-low 10
