Civil Aviation Minister K. Rammohan Naidu Kinjarapu said on Tuesday that there is no foul play in the investigation of the Ahmedabad Air India plane crash. The minister stated that the investigation is fair and proceeding according to rules.

The minister gave this statement in response to questions being raised about the investigation by the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB). In September, Pushkar Raj Sabharwal the 91-year-old father of Captain Sumeet Sabharwal, one of the two pilots flying the aircraft involved in Ahmedabad Air India plane crash, alleged that the investigation team had accused his son in August of stopping the plane's fuel supply.

The father had also emailed to the Indian Pilots Federation regarding this on September 17. The email stated that AAIB officials
